GitHub, a platform for software projects, has seen a significant increase in the number of AI-related projects over the years. In 2022, there were 347,934 AI projects on the platform, and Indian software developers made a substantial contribution, accounting for 24.2% of the projects. The European Union and the United Kingdom followed with 17.3%, and the United States with 14.0%.
