India Surprises the World by Becoming AI Export Powerhouse: Nvidia CEO Reveals All!

India Set to Dominate the AI Market, Says Nvidia CEO

Nvidia, the California-based tech giant, has announced plans to establish the largest artificial intelligence (AI) workforce in the world. According to CEO Jensen Huang, India is poised to become the leading exporter of AI products and personnel. Huang believes that India will produce and export more AI expertise than any other country, making it the largest AI exporter on the planet.

As part of its mission to be a global leader in AI, Nvidia will invest in upskilling and reskilling its engineers. Huang states that every engineer in the company will become an AI engineer in order to stay productive and efficient. He emphasizes that AI itself will not take jobs, but rather, individuals who can effectively use AI will have an edge in the job market.

To support its efforts, Nvidia will train over 600,000 employees of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest IT services company, in AI. The company is also eager to collaborate with other IT service providers and Indian colleges to train more personnel and students in the field of artificial intelligence.

Nvidia currently employs around 2,200 people in India and plans to more than double its headcount in the country in the coming years. The company is deeply committed to fostering the startup ecosystem and has partnered with 15,000 startups globally, including those in India. Just recently, CEO Jensen Huang met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss the country’s potential in AI.

India is a strategic market for Nvidia, which first established its operations in the country in 2004. The company has since expanded to four engineering development centers and collaborates with 320,000 developers in India. Nvidia’s AI technologies are widely used by tech giants such as Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and Alibaba.

With its aggressive skilling initiatives and collaborations, Nvidia aims to make India a powerhouse in the AI industry. The company’s efforts align with India’s aspirations to become a global leader in emerging technologies. Could this be the step that propels India to the forefront of the AI revolution?
